Any individual artists, bands or groups who have something to say, can produce original music, and are either local to the Bournemouth area of the UK's South Coast, or play regularly in the area.
Whilst I'm not averse to covers, I prefer original music, although covers done sufficiently differently from the original count as well.
...and "Bournemouth area of the South Coast" does include e.g. Swanage, Wimborne and New Milton, but if you need to ask you probably know the answer...
