My name is Wayne Bonnett and I would like to welcome you to the official
Hope For Pets Music Myspace site. The primary purpose of this site is
to help raise awareness and support for the Hope For Pets organization
located in Bullitt County Kentucky.
Hope For Pets is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. They are dedicated to improving the lives of stray, shelter and companion animals in Bullitt County, Ky. Their programs are designed to eliminate pet overpopulation and provide assistance for pet care needs to the elderly, low-income and special need members of our community. They also offer educational programs and material regarding responsible pet ownership.
The secondary purpose of this site is to sell the music CD that I have
created to raise money for Hope For Pets. The CD was
released under my record label (Wayne Bonnett Records) in August, 2007. The CD
contains 16 easy-listening instrumental songs that will help you and
your pet relax after a hard day. If you like pianos, acoustic guitars,
and mellow synthesizers, you're going to LOVE this CD!

The music on this CD have been "works in progress" since the third
quarter of 2006. A lot of heart & soul, love & dedication, and
countless hours have been put into the production of this CD. The songs
will be named after the special pets that were nominated and voted for
on the Hope For Pets website.
I hope you and your pets enjoy listening to this as much as I have
enjoyed bringing it all to you.
You're probably asking yourself "How does this CD benefit the Hope For Pets organization?". Here is how:
Hope For Pets will sell the CDs at their fundraiser events throughout
the year. 100% of the money generated from Hope For Pets fundraiser
sales will go to the Hope For Pets organization.
The physical CD will also be available for purchase online at stores yet
to be determined, as well as from the HopeForPetsMusic.com website.
Digital downloads will be available from iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody,
Napster, Yahoo! Music, Music Gremlin, and many other music sites on the

About Wayne Bonnett:
Wayne Bonnett is an independent computer based musician, producer, sound designer, and sound engineer. His musical "career" was jump started again in early 2006 when his grandmother passed away in January. He needed a way to express himself, and decided to do it musically. What started out as a way to release his emotions turned out to be a second full time job.
Wayne is also an avid animal lover who helps whenever and wherever he can. He is a member of the ASPCA, and lobbies for animal rights and well being. He also has three companions of his own, a shepherd mix, and two beagles.
Wayne's primary goal is to create instrumental music for television, video game, and movie soundtracks. His primary instrument is my Mac, along with several synthesizers and digital audio workstation software and various other hardware.
He has the ability to create music for any genre or style. If you need drums, He'll fire up his digital drum machines. If you need heavy metal or acoustic guitars and bass, he'll fire up his virtual strings! If you want techno, he'll fire up every synth that he has. If you want something else, he'll figure it out and get it done. :)
If you need a keyboardist that can produce any instrument sound, he is the one for you.

Wayne Bonnett is an electronic musician, sound designer, producer, and
sound engineer who specializes in electronic music. He is the sole
member and mastermind behind the band Equinox Shadow.
Wayne started performing in the mid to late 80's in front of friends and
family. After graduating high school in 1989, Wayne's focus shifted away
from music, and started chasing the "American dream".
A tragic turn of events led Wayne back into music production. Wayne's
grandmother passed away in 2006, and he turned to the music he loved to
create to help deal with her passing.
Some of Wayne's musical influences are Tangerine Dream, Juno Reactor,
Jean Michel Jarre, DRAX, E.V.O.K, Trance Control, Atlas Plug, Enya,
Enigma, Moby, Tori Amos, and Depeche Mode.
Wayne enjoys playing easy listening piano and synthesized ambient
"space" music. However, he prefers to compose and produce fast paced
trance and techno music.
A friend of Wayne's had this to say about his music;
** "It's the kind of music you'd want to hear if you were flying lay-of-the-land in a fighter
jet for the first time - at full afterburner.
** The kind of music you'd want screaming into your ears while you were carving virgin powder on a snowboard after dropping from a chopper - on Mt. Rainer.
** The type of music you play when you're alone and dependent upon nothing but your own instincts and reflexes for survival.
It's the kind of music that will land you in jail if you listen to it while driving.
** It's very simply the kind of music that gives your goosebumps, goosebumps, makes your pupils dilate, and makes your heart beat out of your chest.".
