Too many to name. The Corrs, Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, Delain, Nightwish, etc. Believe it or not, I LOVE contemporary christian music. Rebecca St. James, Third Day, Jars of Clay, Casting Crowns, LaRue, Natalie Grant, Joy Williams, Matthew West. The list literally goes on forever.
I don't get to sit down and watch a lot of it, but here goes: My all-time favorite show was '3rd Rock from the Sun'. I miss it so much! I'm an enormous LOST fan! I love My Name Is Earl and The Office and I can't go to sleep at night without having Jay and Conan on, at least in the background. Some other stand-outs would be: Arrested Development, Pushing Daisies, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and just about anything on Adult Swim.
Books
I mostly read fantasy, dark-fantasy. Anything published by the TSR company, Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, and Ravenloft. One of my all-time favorites is 'I Am Legend' by Richard Matheson. Such a good book and WAY before its time. My number one favorite, strange as it may sound given my genre, is The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.
