This band is just starting out and drawing lots of
attention from locals in Acadiana. Though Horace
Trahan & the Huval-Doucet Band is merely a fledgling, it is
comprised of nothing but veteran Cajun musicians, all
from Lafayette, Ossun and Breaux Bridge,
Louisiana.
The rhythm section is made up of the three Huval
brothers from Breaux Bridge-Jebb, Luke, and
Callen-fueled by a biologically in-sync intensity that
is guaranteed to
make you dance all night long.
Steeped in traditional Cajun music, Horace and Matthew
let their wide range of musical influences
do the talking, like an old school dynamic duo.
