BIOGRAPHY
« HUGE ! », « DEVASTATING ! », « MERCILESS ! » … "Reborn from Chaos", first self-produced record from French band HORD, was highly praised when it was released on WHY NOTE / NOCTURNE in 2006.
Acclaimed by metal press, the band was compared to STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, MNEMIC, FEAR FACTORY, GOJIRA and even PANTERA to define its complex, powerful and extreme style, between metal, hardcore, electro and Indus.
HORD is also known for its live performances supporting prestigious bands such as FEAR FACTORY, MISERY INDEX, PUNISH YOURSELF, BLACK BOMB A…
The band is currently writing its second album which is to be recorded in august 2009 by JOCHEM JACOBS of TEXTURES at the Split Second Studio in Amsterdam.
