Started up by Steve in 2005 after meeting Bill (ex-Culture Shock drummer). Steve had known, and played with, Zack and Nigel for some years. Jake had started playing bass a year or so before. Elly joined us in the summer of 2006.
The music essentially good-time, upbeat rock, soul and blues.
In 2008, Steve, Zack And Nigel started perfoming as an acoustic trio, calling themselves "STAMP UNPLUGGED". Occasionally they are joined by Jake, on bass, and Elly, on vocals.
They also welcome guest vocalists (checkout Vali singing "Freight Train") and musicians, including Girlie, who has perfect pitch. Her favourite songs are "Werewolves of London" and "Little Red Rooster", although she occasionally improvises if Nigel is blowing a particularly hot solo.
The music is still uptempo rock, with blues and country.
