Formada em 2000, a Horror Chamber iniciou suas atividades com o nome de BRUTAL, em Canoas/RS, fazendo covers de bandas apreciadas pelos integrantes da época, como Slayer e Sepultura.

Mais tarde, sob as mesmas influências, a Brutal resolve investir em composições próprias, que resultou no lançamento de seu Demo “The Sweet Silence Of Death”, em novembro de 2002. A formação contava com Rodrigo Marchetti (Vocal), Peterson Martins (Guitarra), Felipe Pujol (Guitarra), Giuliano Ragazzon (Baixo) e Thorvald von Groll (Bateria).

Fazendo shows pelo estado, em 2004 a Brutal resolve abandonar o estilo thrash e começa a praticar Death Metal harmonioso, sempre tentando caracterizar um estilo próprio de fazer música. Com a mudança de estilo veio a alteração no nome da banda para HORROR CHAMBER.

No início de 2005 a Horror Chamber sofre com a saída de Rodrigo Marchetti e Giuliano Ragazzon, passando por um período de testes que levou o ano inteiro.

Junta-se à banda Guilherme Lannig para assumir os vocais mas um baixista fixo não foi encontrado. Durante os anos 2005 e 2006, a Horror Chamber contou com Juliano “Bode” Oliveira (ex Necrófago e ex Ossuary) nas apresentações ao vivo, quando Peterson Martins saiu dando lugar a Paulo Hendler (ex Cursed Soul e ex Angel's Tale) na guitarra e em 2007 iniciou o processo de gravação de seu primeiro EP.

Na virada de 2007 para 2008, Guilherme Lannig resolve assumir o baixo e em julho Thorvald deixou a banda. Atualmente contamos com Mano Maestro (ex-Necrófago e ex-A Sorrowful Dream) para as apresentações e continuamos a procura de um baterista fixo.

Formed in 2000, the Horror Chamber initiated its activities named BRUTAL , in Canoas south of Brazil, performing covers of bands appreciated for the integrant ones that time, as Slayer and Sepultura.

Later, under the same influences, the Brutal decides to invest in proper compositions, that resulted in the launching of its demo “The Sweet Silence Of Death”, in November of 2002.The formation was Rodrigo Marchetti (Vocal), Peterson Martins (Guitar), Felipe Pujol (Guitar), Giuliano Ragazzon (Bass) and Thorvald von Groll (Drum).

Doing shows for the country, in 2004 the Brutal decides to abandon the style thrash and starts to practise an harmonious Death Metal, always trying to characterize a proper style to do music. With the style change it came the alteration in the name of the band for HORROR CHAMBER.

At the beginning from 2005 the Horror Chamber suffers with the left of Rodrigo Marchetti and Giuliano Ragazzon, passing for a period of tests that took the entire year.

It is joined the band Guillerme Lannig to assume the vocal but a fixed bass player was not found.

During years 2005 , 2006 and 2007, the Horror Chamber was helped by Juliano “Bode” Oliveira (ex- Necrófago and ex- Ossuary) in the shows,

In 2006 Peterson Martins left giving to place Paulo Hendler (ex- Cursed Soul and ex- Angel' s Tale) in the guitar and in 2007 initiated the process of recording of its first EP. In the exchange of 2007 for 2008, Guillerme Lannig decides to assume the bass .

In July of 2008 Thorvald left the band. Currently the Horror Chamber is playing with Mano Maestro as invited musician (ex-Necrófago and ex--A Sorrowful Dream) for the shows, and the Horror Chamber is looking for a fixed drum player .
