Horror Dance Film Festival celebrates the independent horror film and its maker, bringing films to fans and industry contacts to filmmakers.
Horror Dance Film Festival is the brainchild of Kevin DeVil (pronounced de-ville') of DeVil Films. Since its conception in early 2004, Horror Dance has received much positive feedback from fans, filmmakers, sponsors, and industry representatives.
I started this festival to bring new films to the fans, says Kevin DeVil, founder of Horror Dance Film Festival and President of DeVil Films. but also to expose new talent distribution companies. There are hundreds of talented filmmakers out there who dont know how to get exposure. Thats where Horror Dance comes in.
Horror Dance Film Festival is an annual event held in Houston, TX. Along with viewing numerous films and live award announcements, attendees will be treated to horror-themed live entertainment, such as dance performances and a musical act.
Entry is free for filmmakers. Entry to the festival will be slightly above the cost of a movie ticket.

Who I'd like to meet:
As many loyal outlaw directors as humanly possible. Outlaw/Underground film makers are the backbone of punk cinema. The rebels against mainstream cinema, a new direction of both new and disturbing Horror Films created by those that live and breathe for Horror.
