About me:
Greetings to all newcomers, and hello again to all who have known of Hosojima's portraiture (of mostly Trent Reznor) since 1999. Special greetings to those who have taken the time over the years to personally express admiration and/or appreciation.
There is much more here than just those portraits from back in the day, so please enjoy the gallery, and give your feedback if you feel so inclined. I'm tremendously busy, but I do check in as often as I can. Gallery hosted by Photobucket. Click the thumbnails below.

Note: These images were created with monitor gamma settings configured for Adobe Photoshop, so if you see patches of lighter and darker areas in what looks like it should be solid dark, your monitor is configured by default for a bright gamma setting. You are therefore not viewing the work as it is intended to be viewed. Always, you want sharper contrasts, not washed-out brightness for your monitor settings.

Created for a friend before "The Dark Knight" arrived in theaters, reached about 95% completion, and will now be utterly overhauled (characters' faces).

German future music artist Alec Empire fashioned from a limited edition WWII soldier action figure. Originally, the figure had "buzz cut" blonde hair, blue eyes, and a white sailor outfit. Hair was recrafted, figure was hand-painted, and black attire was hand-stitched by Hosojima. Photos first appeared on the DHR (Digital Hardcore Recordings) website, which was the official site for Alec Empire and Atari Teenage Riot at the time. Site no longer active.
