Hostile City Deathfest was an annual extreme music festival held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The festival mostly features death metal and black metal bands. It occured on the third weekend in August each year. It was created by Dark Friday Entertainment, LLC to bring extreme metal acts to the "City of Brotherly Hate" adding to the brutality of an already ugly, violent city. This Philadelphia premier two-day event was host to the new and up-and-coming extreme metal maniacs. -
