About me:
One day, Xavier noticed an article in Maxim Magazine that caught his eye. He read how any jackass with a half-baked idea for a radio station could get on the air. So, five years later, he finally did it. He created the enigmatic WPPP in Athens, Georgia. [FYI, Athens, GA is the number one college music town in the country according to Rolling Stone Magazine--not that we need them to tell us what we already know.]
Rock 100 is non-commercial/non-corporate/non-profit so we play a lot of indie labels and we aren't selling out to all that corporate network, watered down rotation bullshit. We play: modern and classic rock and roll, alternative, punk, ska, jazz, swing, techno, and just about everything else. If it's good, we will air it, so if you like our station, then congratulations--you have good taste!
