The Hot 13 Challenge is a contest sponsored by The North to make the best 13-song make-out mix CD. Anyone can enter. Guidelines:
*The CD must be 13 songs long. Not 12, not 14.
*You may submit a cassette tape or CD.
*Cover art is optional.
*CD or cassette tape must contain listing of song titles and artists.
*Submissions will not be returned.
*Only one entry per person, please, unless you have lots of extra time to do multipe entries under pseudonyms. Check the blog for more information.
