This for track EP isn’t strictly Hip-Hop but needs your attention! Its’ a four track CD that utilises various styles of music from rock, rap, r’n’b, pop, soul, jazz and urban music. It’s fresh… a little like the first time you heard Dee-Lite or Princess Superstar. Basically this is a trio of girls who are serious about their music and throughout this CD you get a real vibe of what they are about. They are original, diverse, confident and above all their songs are infectious, catchy and well-produced. ‘Ride Me Brick City’ gets this EP off to a good start, before we get laid-back for soulful experience entitled ‘Sexy Club’in’ which features B who rhymes well. The third track ‘Dangerous Life’ shows a darker more experimental side of Raw Diamondz and ‘Pimp Convention’ featuring Hellfire rounds the EP off really well. Make sure you look out for future releases by Raw Diamondz.
