    Theres a new website you might want to check out: www.punkfriendsinrecoverytogether.com.

    This is a myspacelike recovery site but better and easier to use and with extra options and fun stuff… and its addiction (all additcions: alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, sex, gambling, co-dependency, etc) recovery.
    This is a direct creation from my myspace recovery page, Punk Friends in Recovery Together.

    Create a profile, blog, add applications, load tons of pictures, make new friends, add apps, network and enjoy.

    This new site has the same attitude as the myspace page but it’s a whole new recovery social networking site. We embrace ALL recovery here.

    Join up and tell your friends. Just remember, it is still new, a little rough around the edges and content is constantly being added.

    Think and do
    You could spend years and years figuring out how to take three steps at once. Or you could simply take one step, and then the next, and then the next.


    Being able to think things through is a tremendously valuable skill. But don't let all that thinking prevent you from doing.


    Sometimes it pays to think of a more efficient or effective or faster way to complete the task. Other times you're better off when you just go ahead and do it.


    Analyzing what you must do can be helpful. Yet analysis by itself won't get the job completed.


    After you think it through, go ahead and get it done. Put your clever thinking into action, and you'll have something of tangible value to show for it.


    Put your mind to work and you'll create great ideas. Then put those ideas to work with your efforts, and bring them successfully to life.

The Hotlanta Roundup is an annual weekend-long gathering of gays and lesbians celebrating recovery, or those interested in finding out what recovery has to offer.

The Hotlanta Roundup offers the perfect opportunity to meet others in recovery from different parts of the country and the world.

This collection of so many different experiences and perceptions makes our own recovery that much stronger...and offers the opportunity for making some wonderful new friends.


The 2009 Hotlanta Roundup will be held Labor Day Weekend September 4-7 at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown. Our theme for this year is "Carry The Message". Please check our website frequently for further updates.
