Influences
Each member of Hot Property draws influences from different areas. Since the band is a collaborative effort, each of those influences find a voice in our overall sound. As for Hot Property as a whole, we draw significant influence from groups such as Mr. Bungle, who really define their own musical style. Sometimes it can be heard in our music, other times it isn't so apparent.
Hot Property began in the summer of 1996 as friends getting together to jam and have continued to this day. They have played numerous shows in the Cleveland area supporting their two releases, On the Other Side of the River of Excess being the latest.
