Formed in 1992 to support Doug Hudson's One Man Show, this band has played around the world and features Ian Cutler on violin, Mike Peters on bass and vocals and Doug himself on guitar and vocals.
Ian tours with the Feast of Fiddles each year and Doug does some solo comedy work but the band takes up the majority of the musicians' time.
They have played many major folk festivals in the UK and abroad and their vitality and virtuosity is their trademark.
They currently have three CDs available and their new album 'Tour de France' recorded live in a secret venue in Dunkerque and in the Theatre Les Insolites in St Georges Sur L'Aa is released at the end of April 2008.
They continue to work at a tremendous rate.
Hi!!!. Thanks for the add. Beautiful sounds in your space. Amazing experience in Hop Festival. Yes, we want to come back someday to Faversham. Best wishes from Galicia
OK you'll like this but you'll need to follow these directions EXACTLY to get perfect results. Put the following into the address area of your web-browser. Type a random number between 1 and 100 then a dot and then type your favorite food and then a dot and then type your current mood and then a dot and then type "retwistic" (without the quotes) and then a dot and then type com and then hit enter. Let me know how it works out!
If not though, we're also playing at Tap 'n' Tin 2 days after with Cato Street Conspiracy and Ross & The Wrongens. Hope you can make it to one of them.
Mastering can be the difference between your songs standing out and sounding as good as they can. It can easily be done over the internet via email and uploads.
Use a website like www.megaupload.com to upload a .wav/aiff file of your song (preferably 44.1khz 24-bit)...Then message us the link to the download, we then master it, then send it back the same way, or in whatever format you need.

Hi All, Doug, found a great band that would go down a storm at next years Sweeps! They are called "Silverwheel", sound a bit like Span, Trad/ Folk Rock. Check out their profile. Mike, great to see you down Faversham at the Sur Les Docks gig! May catch you at POW gig. Cheers, Chris
Thanks for including us on your friends list. I hope that you liked the songs!
As a Boston radio station said about our first album.........
“This isn't just the best damned drinking album of the year; it's the best damned CD to play before you go out drinking to pump yourself up album of the year”
I reckon it also goes for our live show. So come along one day, see if you can drink us under the table and dance us off of the stage!
Cheers (p.s. the second album is even better!! – some tracks on free download on Myspace )
