    CURRENT MOON
....Quotes"When you fly into L.A., you're going over those mountains and you see all these beautiful fields and then all of a sudden you see L.A. If you looked at the Earth as a living organism, you would look at L.A. and you'd go "that's fucking cancer. What is that? There's some wierd shit growing there and it's got brown smoke coming out of it and it fucking stinks. And it's getting bigger every year..." -Joe Rogan

"I dreamed I was a butterfly, flitting around in the sky; then I awoke. Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamt of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man?"

"Are we sleep-walking through our waking life or wake-walking through our dreams?"

"Vagabonding is not like bulk shopping: The value of your travels does not hinge on how many stamps you have in your passport when you get home -- and the slow, nuanced experience of a single country is always better than the hurried, superficial experience of forty countries." -Rolf Potts

"Do you want to live a normal life? And what is ‘normal’ anyway? Is normality getting dressed in the clothes that you buy for work, driving through traffic jams in the car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job that you need so you can pay for the clothes, the car, and especially, the house that you leave empty all day in order to live in it?" -Nomad4Ever

"Security can sometimes be your worst enemy. Freedom can be just as dangerous, but it’s a hell of a lot more fun."

"Americans are the last people in the world to be afraid of drugs because there is a drug store on every corner. So if they are so afraid of mind-expanding drugs, obviously it is the mind-expansion they are afraid of." -David Steindl-Rast

"Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself." -Tzol

"If you don't think drugs have done anything good for us, do me a fovor. Go home and take all your CDs, all your records, and BURN THEM. Because you know what? All the musicians who created all that good music that has enhanced your life over the years...rreeal fuckin' high on drugs." -Bill Hicks R.I.P.

"Look down at me and you see a fool; look up at me and you see a god; look straight at me and you see yourself."

"I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book. " - Groucho Marx

"I cannot be sure that ANYTHING, I do will change things for the better, yet I can be sure that if I do not at least TRY, then I will fail to do what I think is right and will be contributing to keeping things the same."
