About me:

"Hot Tea, Cold Water" is an open submission quarterly zine that features art, writing, and work that combines art and writing (comics!) Each issue has a theme that creators follow loosely or closely to create work that shows different facets of one topic. Fun, serious, thoughtful, experimental, delicious, inexpensive! Hot Tea, Cold Water so far: #1: Jobs and Joblessness (released March 2009) #2: Transportation (deadline May 15th, release to be in late May or early June) "Hot Tea, Cold Water" is edited by Leann Leake, longtime zinester, comic-maker, artist, and writer. As a zine it is a non-profit; the price for each issue offsets printing and mailing expenses and contributors are "paid" with copies of the zine.
