Better known to the public as HOTT KiDD or A.B.Geezy (initials to his name) quickly began to gain attention from the public with his unique sound and rhyming capabilities. Not ever wanting to be a rapper, it wasn’t until after high school when he realized that the entertainment industry was the place he wanted his career to take off. “I feel like the entertainment industry allows me to be myself and in some cases you don’t have a boss hovering over you everyday,” says HOTT KiDD. “I look at my mom and pops and realize they’ve been working for someone else all their life and at times they still struggle to make ends meet, I don’t want that to be me.” .. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, HOTT KiDD grew up on the east side of the city in a neighborhood called Franklin Park. “Most people that know me or know of me wouldn’t think that I grew up in a rough neighborhood. I’ve seen people get robbed, shot, killed, police raids and even little kids smoke weed.” Despite growing up in a gang related area, HOTT KiDD still feels as if it was one the best times of his life. “When it’s all said and done, I’ll never forget where I came from.
