We met by chance on a wim of certainty or perhaps a foretold connection. I cradled my need for you close to me Now I dive to uncharted depths to stifle my unwarranted mistrust. Roped me in. We were pirates plundering, Now you're anchoring. Dotted lines that will eventually blend together if written in ink. I'll play scribe going left to right left to write. My left hand will smear what you dictate. Given forth from the gas oven, take me warm and sweet. Devour me before I cool, or decide to lie down next to it.
