Hour Zero was formed in May of 2006 by members Taylor Freeman – Vocals, Daniel Thompson – Rhythm Guitar, Joe Geddings – Lead Guitars, Chevis Strange – Bass and Backing Vocals, and Jeff Charlton – Drums. With all its members having experienced local and regional success in previous projects, each member brings professionalism and a sense of wanting to create something that will leave its mark on the music industry. Members have previously opened shows for such bands as Breaking Benjamin, Crossfade, Lo-Pro, and Nonpoint.
Calling South Carolina its home, the band's sound could be described as powerful and heavy. However, they still manage to keep their melodic roots thats a staple of the modern rock of today. Hour Zero is currently working on new songs to finish its Debut CD and looking forward to playing more shows across the southeast in order to spread its infectious tunes to the masses. Having already played Atlanta, Georgia - The Attic, Columbia, South Carolina – Fallout Festival, Augusta, Georgia just to mention a few, the band prides itself on an energy packed live show that will bring the house down.
If you like the modern rock of today please check out this up and coming band from the southeast – Hour Zero. The Time Has Come!

Hi .. just wanted to use this space to promote the MOTOGRATER show at New Brookland Tavern in W.Columbia THIS SAT, Dec. 5. L.i.E. is one of the four regional bands playing in support and want to encourage you to check out this show. Also As Sick As As from Asheville, NC and Decadence and Face Down from Columbia.
Motograter played Ozzfest in 2003, and their song "Suffocate" appeared in the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The show will be $10 at the door (+3 if under 21) and will have a little bit of something for everyone, musicially speaking as well as visually.
Thanks for supporting our Troops! I appreciate it and I know our Troops appreciate it.
If you would like to help us thank those still serving overseas and help those coming home wounded, please stop by the profile, read the latest blog and do what you can.
