something different to everyone who listens or plays it...
houseluna is a mixture of influences and musicians spanning over dozens of bands including Troop of Echoes, Pleasant Stitch, Thousand Void Crush to name a few. Founded by drummer|technologist Robert Luna, the vision was set to collaborate with contributing musiciansl willing to explore new combinations of rich ambient textures and groove oriented rhythms. Developing songs from Luna's electronic musical spring boards and hundreds of self produced drum loops, houseluna sets out to write music to showcase in select venues and to engaged audiences. Ryan Weber provides rich warm vocals that can also be described as alluring, riveting and lush. Ryan also plays effected keyboards that add the symphonic elements that populate houseluna compositions. In 2008 houseluna welcomed Jeff Salladay on bass and Tim Shu on Guitar. Jeff and Robert also play in the band Nee Nee. Tim Shu move to MN last year and we are glad he did. Tim brings a new dimension to the sound. Currently houseluna is auditioning like musicians and vocalists for the next generation of houseluna.

Sorry I haven't contributed any advanced funds yet, but I haven't really decided how much I am willing to pay for it. I do plan on buying it when it comes out. though, so I guess I should purchase it on my own terms.
Long live original, intelligent, independent music!!!
I just wanted to stop by and let you know that I absolutely LOVE your music. I am a big fan of mellow, ambient music that soothes the soul and you guys capture that sound perfectly! ^_^
I am definitely going to try and make it down to your show at the Triple Rock on April 5th!
Do you happen to know what time you guys are playing?
Do you play at 10:30 or is that when the show starts?
Have a wonderful day and hopefully I'll be seeing you in 2 weeks! >_<
Take care,
~Allison
