Baseball, football and basketball are my favorite sports. I'm a huge Atlanta Braves fan! I play the guitar and the bass and like to write songs and I'm starting to play the drums a little. I like spending time with my wife & kids and making them smile.

Jesus Christ for taking my place and saving me from hell, that's a good thing. Even though I continue to mess up on a daily basis He doesn't look at my past, only my future. Nobody else can do that and for that I'm forever thankful. Want to know why I'm a Christian? Here's why plain and simple:
I'm a Christian because it's something I don't completely understand. If I could then I would be as smart as God. I can't answer questions like "Why is there suffering" or "Why do bad things happen to good people" but I am confident that God is still good. We've had three healthy babies and one miscarriage but I don't blame God, instead I'm thankful for what He's given me. I'm a Christian because it's something I can't earn, don't deserve and cannot work for. If I could earn it then it would have earthly value. If my salvation had earthly value then it wouldn't be eternal.
If I deserved it then how special would it really be? If I could work for it then that means it could be earned and once again it would be able to be bought. I'm not a Christian because of my good works, instead my faith produces good works. I do not dislike other religions and I do not judge them. I wholeheartedly believe Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven but it does not do any good to talk bad about other faiths, it only causes arguments and harsh feelings. The reason I'm a Christian vs. any other faith is because it's a free gift that I cannot work for.
About me: I'm 25 from Woodstock Georgia, now living in Sweet Home, Oregon. I am married with three awesome kids, Alyssa, Noah and Joshua. Alyssa is 5, Noah is 4 and Joshua is 1. After that I love my family, I like going to movies, to the park with the kids, playing pool, guitar, bass, writing songs and teaching. Tuesday and Wednesday Youth are amazing.

haha awesome. i'm pretty good at it. and yes it is addicting.we'll have to play sometime. by the way i passed 8th grade so i'll be in highschool next year
aww congrats !! do you know if its a boy or a girl? ive been good keeping busy lol me and john are buying our first house!! so thats alot of work and then the weddings next year so were starting to plan that.. doing big things lol when are you guys going to come visit?
