AH! JOEL! the only way that my life's iced cream could truly satisfy me would be if you and i discovered the oldest french (la glace) recipe and duplicated it today! still, satisfaction would not be attained till we dispersed this time-tested, loving sensory assault on the inner city. we could be vendors of the oldest and greatest iced cream! trucks/vans would not be worthy of our frosty treat; we would use a cart. you know the kind... two big wheels, big umbrella, cream-scoops fastened conveniently to our belts or beltloops, and warm smiles on our clown paint covered faces! great to hear from you, captain! all the love i might muster, peat
