About me: I'm Stacey, used to be Branson, now Spiehler. I grew up between New Orleans and southern Indiana, and graduated from Castle High School in Newburgh, Indiana in 1998. From there, I moved to New Orleans, then Los Angeles, then Mississippi where I think we may have finally settled, unless we move back to Louisiana. I have been very happily married since 2001 to my best friend and the love of my life, the gorgeous, hilarious, giving, wonderful father that is Drew.
I'm a proud mother of one baby who passed away in October of 2004, and one baby boy born in June 2006. His name is Andrew IV, but we figured that was a tad pretentious so we call him Ace. Ace just could not stand it in my womb one minute longer and decided he'd come out 11 weeks early. As a result, he has cerebral palsy, more specifically hypertonic spastic diplegia. What? In plain English, it means he's got a little tightness in his legs and arms, and while he's expected to reach all the normal baby milestones, he's gonna take a WHILE to get there. He is basically the cutest baby in the world, and you know you want to go to my pictures and bask in his glory.
Who I'd like to meet: Other parents of kids with special needs, people from the CHS class of 98, McLovin.

Hey Stacey, I just took this quiz, The Trick Question Quiz. Check out my result on my profile, then go take the quiz and then see what you get!
apparently I am a horrible daughter in law because I won't call her "Mom" and talk to her on a daily basis like a good daughter in law should. Bad Jessie! I should be spanked! Are ya busy later (insert naughty laugh here)?
Just look at that boy! Stacey, he's awesome, and getting so big! You still have to come see us, we're (Nancy and I) saving you a seat! Give him a hug, and Drew too, for us all at FSBC Lakewood!
yeah that is what i am expecting..perfect timing..new year and high deductible insurance...lovely! Poor baby! I will update everyone after the apt. and we will pray for a clean bill of health.
Yeah it was great! I had a great girl's night out..much needed! Wish you lived closer we could have really partied...then wondered what the hell we were thinking when our kids woke us up at 6 am...he-he..it was still worth it!!
Do you have any idea how much I love LOVE that pic of Ace? Next thing you know, he'll be wanting to play doctor in Target with the little 4 yr old hotties...heh
