The Houston Food Bank feeds 80,000 hungry people each week by distributing food through nearly 400 hunger relief agencies in 18 southeast Texas counties.Mission

What We Do
From our 73,000 sq. ft. warehouse, our fleet of trucks delivers food to hunger relief agencies:
•Church and community food pantries
•Soup kitchens
•Shelters for the homeless and abused
•Nutrition sites for children and the elderly
Financial gifts to the Houston Food Bank provide the greatest return. We use volunteer power and partnerships with the food industry to stretch every dollar that you give. $1 provides a full day of meals.
