About Howie Cantor

Howie Cantor has been writing folk songs for 30 years. Also he is a performance artist and bass player with Bread & Puppet Theater and Deep Mountain Group. He has appeared at the Bonaroo Music Festival and many Vermont Venues. His latest compositions are dealing with rural resistance in the time of Bush. He makes his living producing Maple Syrup in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont with his wife Stephan.
