The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina's mission is to serve as a safe haven for homeless and neglected pets and act as a resource to the community. By educating the public about issues pertaining to animals, we feel that we can work towards the elimination of over breeding of dogs and cats and teach owners to be responsible pet owners. Please keep eyes and heart open for a black miniature schnauzer. His name is Mr. Bojangles and he is 3 years old. He is smaller then most miniature schnauzers and he has a small spot of white on his chest. He is in need of grooming and was suppost to go to the groomers this week. He went missing on Saturday morning around 10:30 am from the Rosedale Subdivision in Washington N.C.
