Anything with a point to it. That includes Country, Classic Rock, Punk, Hardcore, Metal, Folk, Bluegrass, Underground Hip Hop, Reggae, Oi... the list goes on.
Movies
I don't see many movies, but generally I like complex movies that make you think, ones that remind me of growing up, movies based off of down-home country living, cars, motorcycles, and some action movies as well. If it's got a point to it I'll give it a shot.
Television
I'm not big on watching TV, I figure there's usually something better to do with my time... but I do watch a little every once in a while. I like motorsports related shows (go figure), the stuff I remember from my childhood (Dukes Of Hazzard, The A-Team, Etc.) and some sci-fi and philosophical stuff. Generally, If I'm watching TV it's whatever my girlfriend has on.
Books
Most of my reading is technical stuff pertaining to race cars, electronics, acoustics/psychoacoustics, engineering, etc. There's enough written on those subjects to keep you occupied for life.
Heroes
Anyone who has ever had the guts to live life by their own rules, even in the face of overwhelming opposition.
