Ben (drums), Dave (drums), Laura (korg/vocals), Luke (bass), Matthew (guitar), Neshy (casio), Rita (vocals).
Influences
Funtimes with friends, Sam Smiths pubs, bands with more than one drummer (see: Black Eyes, Coughs), fairgrounds, Rita's vitriol, fun pop music (see: Unicorns), grime, bouncing, dancing, mathematics.
Hundreds, Tens & Units are a pop band who often have two drummers, two singers and two keyboard players. They always have two Arabs, three girls and four boys. These categories are not mutually exclusive (Matthew is working on an H, T & U Venn diagram, he'll let you know when it's ready). They met through attending the country's leading academic institution for the study of economics / the internet / the pursuit of DIY musical activities. They are based in the capital of England and are very pleased with themselves for being in such an ace band. They make music to dance to, music to march to, music to party to. They hope that you like it.
Above are some rough live recordings of their work in progress, to give you a flavour to savour. NEW SONGS COMING SOON!
Hits of the Near Future's debut podcast is out now featuring the best

Its been selling faster than we expected, and we currently only have around a quarter of our stock left - so we thought we'd better you all know that if you want a copy then now would be a good time to pick one up! If you buy it from the link above then you're buying it direct from us, the label aren't taking a cut - so its a bit like Fair Trade for struggling musicians.
International mail-order is available, just follow the instructions.
Thank you very much, and sorry for making a mess of your profile. If its any kind of consolation, we don't have a MySpace bot, so I'm leaving these comments the old fashioned way. Three -and-a-half thousand of them. My life is so exciting.
THE MAE-SHI are an experimental spazzy pop band from Los Angeles in the United States of America. Don't miss them if you like the idea of Cap N Jazz but distilled into two and a half minutes of noise-pop fun-fucking, or if you got the split with Rapider Than Horsepower and thought that The Mae Shi side was fucking well superior. Or if you didn't buy that split but like music AND making friends AND cool people having dick-loads of fun at an awesome gig.

Also appearing are local post-everything interventionists APATT who do their logo with upper and lowercase letters. I can't remember how to do it, but I don't have time to figure it out because I really need to tell you about this gig ASAP!

Before that, two-piece baritone/drum instrumentalists CHINWAG will deliver their unique brand of Tortoise meets Dianogah (sort of, kinda) post-rock up-fuckery.

Opening the proceedings will be ANTLERS. This brand new beer-guzzling party-prog three piece features dickheads from Hot Club de Paris and goFaster>>.
