Linda Thomas-Jones/Omi Oni
When we are in rhythm with ourselves, we are creative, self confident, strong, nurturing and prosperous.
When teaching children, I like to teach more than just drum rhythms and dance movements. I like to give them words that will always encourage them to do their best. By giving them positive phrases to help them remember the rhythms, I am also encouraging positive thought patterns which can be carried into other areas of their lives.
