Well turns out as it may,
On behalf of the Toko-Ri-Get-High band I regret to inform all of our friends that due to circumstances beyond our control that we will NOT be partaking in tonite's festivities. Toko-Ri will not be engaging in any kind of live musical performance, drinkin' and/or drug use tonite other than taking lotsa water,Motrin, Day and NightQuil, Valium, and medically prescribed Marijuana. We do however apologize fer the inconvenience this may or may not cause anyone. Sorry.
On a BRIGHTER note and in keeping true to the popular expression, "The show must go on" we are delighted to inform you that you are still in fer a treat tonite with:
Live music from the one and only power pop trio in town that gets down, the one and only RIPE(featuring members of The Ugly Beats, Nervous Exits, and Big Black Smoke).
And backin' them up tonite will be Austin's own THE TWO-TIMIN' FOUR.
And lets not leave out wax-meisters & vinyl connoisseurs DJs ANGEL VON RIPPER and LITTLE JOE keepin' yer toes tappin' and yer hips swivelin' in between bands.

Second Party will be at the lonely house on haunted hill known here in Austin as the Spiderhouse (Fruth St. and 29th) this MONDAY OCTOBER 29TH. Scandalizer and the Abominable Jason McNeely will be stealin' all the rhythm in those rockin' bones. Never a cover.
