Il gruppo nasce a Teano (Caserta) alla fine del 2005 e raccoglie componenti provenienti da altre, pluriennali, esperienze nel panorama musicale casertano.
L'idea era quella di fondare la prima band tutta "sidicina".
I componenti, infatti, venivano tutti da precedenti esperienze con altri gruppi: Massimo militava nel panorama Blues/Jazz e nella band Blue Maffia; Paride oltre all'insegnamento si dedicava ad esperienze Jazz; Christian dal '94 al 2001 era stato il vocalist della Rock band "Mono-Tonia"; insomma, tutti, pur se con influenze diverse, avevano la loro esperienza solida alle spalle.
Christian dopo un lungo periodo di lontananza dalla scena, sente l'esigenza, forte, di tornare a quello che era stato fonte di tante soddisfazioni negli anni precedenti, ed allora coinvolge nell'idea i suoi amici e validi musicisti, Paride e Massimo.
Il primo progetto nasce sotto un profilo diverso da quello attuale, si parte con un repertorio di cover riarrangiate acusticamente; infatti, per il primo anno la band si chiamerà "Ideacustica" ed oltre a Christan, Paride e Massimo vedrà come altra voce quella di Stefania De Francesco.
Dopo il primo anno di ritorno sulle scene, i tre, sentono l'esigenza di tornare ad un sound più "elettrico" ed allora trovano in Roberto il batterista ed approdano alla formazione ed al nome attuale: eXe.
Il gruppo si esibisce nei luoghi e negli spazi soliti della musica live della provincia di Caserta, Napoli, in Campania ed oltre, proponendo un repertorio sempre in fase di aggiornamento fatto di cover di classici che vanno dagli anni 60-70 sino ai giorni nostri.
Nel 2008 raccolgono alcuni pezzi da varie registrazioni e sessioni live e le fanno convogliare in una Demo che raccoglie molti pareri entusiasti.
Il resto è cronaca dei giorni nostri, con il gruppo che continua ad essere on the road ed a proporsi con seria professionalità.

The group was born in Teano (Caserta) at the end of 2005 and collects coming members from others, important experiences in the Caserta musical panorama.

satisfactions in the years, and then are involved in the idea its friends
and valid musicians, Paride and Massimo.

effect them, part with a directory acoustic cover; in fact, for during the first
year, the band it will be was called " Ideacustica" and besides Christan, Paride and Massimo it will see like came another voice: Stefania De Francesco.
After the first year of return on the scenes, the three, feel l' requirement
they decided to return to a more to an electric sound and then they found in Roberto the best drummer and they land to the formation and to the name they puts into effect: became the actual eXe.
The group is exhibited in the places usual spaces of music of usually show in the Caserta, Naples, province Campania and beyond, proposing a directory always in phase of modernization made of 60', 70' and today's cover.
In the 2008 they collect some pieces from several recordings and live
sessions and make them in a one Demo followed by that collects many enthusiastic opinions.
