Hubert Tubbs & Friends
Hubert came to Vienna, Austria, direct from Hollywood, California, where he had been singing, recording and performing with the likes of Tower of Power, Santana, Rolling Stones, Kenny G, The Temptations and many others. His recording credits include four albums as lead vocalist with the international recording group Tower Of Power: In The Slot, Live and In Living Color, Best of Tower of Power, and Magnetic Gold.
Hubert is currently living and working in Vienna, Austria. He is recording with producers Stereotyp, Megablast, Peter Krueder, and Rodney Hunter. The list goes on and on.

Auch dieses Jahr gibt es wieder ein SEEFEST am Merkermeierhof in Buchkirchen bei Wels! Erstmals an zwei Tagen wird die Veranstaltung am 25. und 26. Juli über die Bühne gehen. Am Freitag, 25. Juli gibts JAZZ/SOUL/FUNK vom UPPER AUSTRIAN JAZZ ORCHESTRA feat. TINI KAINRATH, vom EARTH, WIND & FIRE PROJECT feat. ANDIE GABAUER und von DJ Mehmet Acuma (clichè '81) zu hören. Am Samstag, 26. Juli gibts dann erstmals am SEEFEST feinsten CLUBSOUND von österreichischen DJs und Livebands. Dabei gibt es auch eine Live-Premiere der Band THE VINYLIZERS, bei der als Special Guest der Londoner Bassist JULIAN CRAMPTON (Incognito, US3, Martin Solveig, ...) mitdabei sein wird! Hauptact des zweiten Abends wird PAROV STELAR & BAND sein. DJ Smartex (Sunshine Enterprises, 98.3 Superfly) und DJs Mairinger & Javas werden ebenfalls für gute Unterhaltung sorgen. Die Eintrittspreise liegen für Schüler und Studenten bei (VVK/AK/2-Tagesticket) 10/12/17€ und für Erwachsene bei 15/18/25€. Kartenvorverkauf gibt es ab Juni in allen oberösterreichischen Sparkassen.

Zweitens: Damit die guten Nachrichten kein Ende nehmen, gibt es wieder 2 Floors wo Du es ordentlich krachen lassen kannst. Hierbei werden QUENTIN und SAVIOR von "happybass.com", erstmals in Österreich, Dir was auf die Ohren geben. Nur wenige können behaupten sich auf Events wie "Dreamland" und "One Nation" so zu Hause fühlen wie die Beiden. Gespannt sein darf man sowohl auf Oldskool als auch Nuskool Happy Hardcore vermischt mit Breakbeat, Jungle, Tekkno und Upfront. Support kommt hier von DUKE, Teil von WICKEDSQUAD und dem VIENNA HARDCORE CONSORTIUM sowie langjähriger Wegbegleiter von DJ Gon. Aber auch die altbekannten "maniax.at"-Artists DA BASS CO. und DJ SCIROX dürfen nicht fehlen und sind somit wieder fix am Start.
Für all diejenigen, denen das alles noch immer nicht genug ist, wird es am zweiten Floor ein Händeschütteln der heimischen Drum'n'Bass-Lieblinge geben. DOUBLE TROUBLE, Veranstalter von READY 2 RUMBLE und CRAZY CUTS, bekannt für ihren einzigartigen Style Parties zu rocken, sowie SYNCHRONIZA, Veranstalter vom DREADBANGERS BALL und Herr der gleichnamigen Radioshow, als auch KOS von den RUCKUS KEEPERS geben sich die Ehre. Das allein sollte schon Grund genug sein, den Tag ganz fett im Kalender anzustreichen. Unterstützung kommt hier aber auch noch von den Herrschaften TENCHU, ZOOL und MANDZ, die es mindestens genauso gut verstehen Dir richtig einzuheizen.
