Hudson Grace gets things done their own way. Formed September 7th, 2008, the band automatically began to write music and started booking shows merely a month into their existence. Their modus operandi? Write songs, make friends, get those friends to come to shows, and then create a genuine connection with their entire audience. Hudson Grace is built around one sole factor. Friendship. Not only from within the group, but from their entire group - the people that make it out to shows, the people that like to hang out, and the people that have shown gratuitous support day in and day out simply by being there.
The band has thus far recorded at Depar Studios (Seth Munson) as well as Big Break (Brad Helzer) and have returned to Depar to record their first EP entitled "Faith Love Hope" (2009). Hudson Grace aims to finally distinguish a sound and direction that they will be completely comfortable with. They will then record another quick EP and then hopefully a full-length album with JD Feigner at 1620 Studios.
Hudson Grace has their eyes set on the future and they're striving to make it a bright one. Equipped with band members already having previous experience in the music scene, they are looking to use what they already know and to expand on it. Hudson Grace is pushing themselves not only to relate to their listeners through their music, but to inspire - to offer what many artists today no longer offer their listeners. Fun. Friendship. Feeling. It's all here. Attend a show if you're able. Once you see it all for yourself, you too will begin to believe.
