   About Huff and Rapsys
Formed when an impromtu recording went right (or close enough thereto), Huff and Rapsys was birthed while the two friends were working on a recording project in late '04- early '05. In search of a fresh direction after several partial tracks had been recorded, "Daylight Savings" came out of an attempt to find some new material through improvisation. Half an hour later, a lot more was found than some fresh material. What was found was the direction for an album of ambient music. Myspace Backgrounds Myspace Backgrounds

Beautiful dreamy ambient feel - great production too. I touch on this type of quiet drifty feel on a new track at my asb site 'respite to a seasons' end but yours has a definite primordial early-earth feel to it, really cool. -T from ASB.

The new untitled track is a delicious wave of Dissonant pulses, morphing from light to dark and back again.

Thanks! No new tracks as of late, but I have been working on scoring some of my films for school. I may end up posting some of those here eventually.

Really digging the new track.
Where are you guys located in milwaukee?
INT_routine

Mar 23 2009 4:34 PM

Yeah, there's a lot of places. I like the grittier more industrial areas, so I think the Port of Milwaukee/Jones Island area is great. The Third Ward can give you some good stuff, but even better is Walkers Point, especially east of 1st street. Another good area is in the Valley around Canal Street, and north of the freeway by the Miller Brewery.
