2-Dan Cheng Che Piao (One Way Ticket) - Dedicated to everyone who is still upholding the dreams and beliefs. "I will not turn away from my destiny" by Thomas
3-Dan Dan De (Gaze intently) - Describing a secret sexual affair where lust prescribes the mind.
4-Jie (Sister) EP Release- Dedicated to a girl, a friend of Thomas whom raped by her own brother yet chose to be silent.
Hui Se Di Dai simply means grey zone in our mother tongue. In life, truth, morality, media, relationship, politic corruptions reality, we found contradictions - the Grey area. When we seek truth, justice, grey area exists.
We believe in natural course when it comes to making music. We never force to write a song. Our songs are the creations of emotional exchange through instruments, the emotional flows at that moment (free jam). During the jams, Thomas will let out anything that has left an impact in his inner world. Music has always been his best method for a musician cum lyricist like Thomas to feel and to express. His day job as a supervisor for the printed media distributor (newspapers and magazines) that allows him to read any available materials, is where he gets inspired.
Goal of HSDD is to have a total freedom of creativity, no genre boundaries to achieve musical breakthrough.
The band consists of 4 members:
Thomas - lyrics, voca, guitar
Cheong - guitar, recording
Sam - drums
Alex - bass, visual design
