Human began many years ago with the guitar/bass brother team Brad and Blake, but, due to location distance issues, was productive albeit very slow.
Brad began teaching basic guitar lessons to Jesse in the summer of 2006, who progressed at an alarming rate on the instrument, so much so that Brad soon asked Jesse to play his original material that would become Human music. These two wrote and played together as Human for the next year or so before Jesse's departure due to family and work conflicts.
This was a terrible loss, but they say something about a shut door and an open window...
It was around this time that Brad and Blake were able to play and write together again, which produced an over abundance of riffs, songs, and lyrical concepts/ideas. Then, in November 2007 at the suggestion of Blake, Human added University of AR-Fort Smith Jazz Band drummer/percussionist Shane to the fold.
From there things began to take off rapidly. Human finally, after several years of simply being a concept or idea of a band, began to perform live shows and quickly built a name as 'musician metal' in the local metal scene because of the intricate instrumentation and irregular and/or linear song arrangments.
Still, Murphy always proves what can go wrong always will--especially when things are going well.
Recently, due to internal and external conflicts Shane left the group. This left Brad and Blake fearfull that the band would again return to the concept stage after years of hard work, dedication, and proof that audiences enjoyed the music of Human. In the meantime, the two carried along with their good friend and official drum tech Miller behind the skins for a few shows. Still, the two began diligently searching for a replacement for what seemed like the irreplaceable.
Then the window opened again...
As it happened, the perfect replacement was right under their noses, and down the street, in the form of local veteran Rob.
Equally influenced by Morbid Angel and John Coltrane, Testament and Jaco Pastorius, Metallica and The Police, Human are ever creating a sound that is simultaneously heavy, progressive, and groove laden. Be prepared.

Hi! I've just about gotten my album finished. I think it's going to be better than the first one! I haven't been playing out much thanks to the studio, but I have some shows and stuff coming up. Also new shirts! What have you been doing?
Hey thanksgiving, take this! A song written by my old group Bluntsworth four or five years ago.
"Gravy On My Tateys" Crappy sound quality back then, ouch! The songwriting is still there though I think. What do you think, is it a new classic holiday song?
i thought that comment you left on my status indicated that you wre playing.. so i went down and heard 5 minutes worth of garbage and left. didn't even finish my pitcher!
