Humanity’s Team is a new worldwide movement that seeks to bring people together around a central organizing principle: that the world does not have to be the way it is, and that individual people can change it, using the power of spiritual citizenship.
Humanity’s Team is a spiritual movement whose purpose is to communicate and implement the belief that we are all one, one with God and one with life, in a shared global state of being, so that the behavior of humanity may shift to reflect this understanding.
Dubbed “a civil rights movement for the soul,” the movement has some 15,000 adherents from more than 90 countries on six continents.
Global Council Meeting 2007
Humanity's Team completed its annual Global Council (GC) meeting in late June. This year's meeting was hosted by the Portuguese Humanity's Team and took place in Estoril, Portugal. Representatives from over 20 countries participated in the week long program of sharing individual country accomplishments, new ideas and a re-endorsement of current New Spirituality initiatives.
The next Global Council meeting will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2008, marking the first time a southern hemisphere country has provided the Humanity's Team Global Council meeting venue.
