His new EP "Orpheo" is a peak time techno track that will rock all dancefloors! Samuel is a relatively new name on the minimal scene but certainly a name to watch in the new year… Trained as a pianist, Samuel Brunel became quickly influenced by repetitive music, from Philip Glass to Steve Reich. He began integrating machines into his compositions, and the evocative power and energy of minimal techno fascinated him. He eventually traded his instruments for a computer, which led to various collaborations with classical musicians and filmmakers… Everything starts with Samuel’s original approach.
