HUMMiNG SPiDERS was created around a bunch of songs I wrote and recorded in 2003/2004 in my bedroom in Melbourne, Australia. The sound and emotion of the songs was a lot different to those I wrote and performed in the rock band HoNeY SPiDERS so a separate entity made sense. The group of songs went on to make up the demo album "Four Seasons". In May 2004 I took off on a 4 month trip all over Europe. This was mostly holidaying but included some promotion of the album and a few performances here and there. After that I relocated to London to follow my heart and live the rock n roll dream. Since leaving the shores of Australia there has been a lot of travelling and sex, drugs and rock n roll but not as much playing live as I would have liked. This is mainly due to delays in finding the “right” band members for both this band and rock band HoNeY SPiDERS and the many distractions a city like London offers.
More shows both solo and with a band (lineup currently being finalised) will be coming up over the next few months in London.
