.. .. .. .. .. .. .. Hunting The Minotaur were a Hard Rock Quartet hailing from the south coast. The band was formed back in August 2008 (at that time called Flavour Country) when their guitarist Benji moved on to play drums for the band Joey Nightmare (Check them out). Joe was then introduced to the band, and after signing a management deal Hunting the Minotaur was born. They recorded their first single 'Wasteland' with legendary producer Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Oceansize, Biffy Clyro, Feeder...) which was released on the 16th of February 2009 and had frequent radio play on Radio 1 and XFM and found itself as no. 6 signle of the week in Kerrang Magazine. After a vast amount of hard rocking gigs, some not so rocking gigs (all the way to manchester for 9 people... jeez!), a couple of mini-tours, a couple of festivals, a live radio session, recording sessions, a ton of rehersals, alot of hard work, shit loads of laughs and a few tears; the band unfortunately found their number was up and decided go their seperate ways.
