BAND PROFILE:
The Hurricane是成立於2006年的獨立樂隊，Hurricane就是「颶風」的意思。
颱風總是來得突然，無法預測，並且獨一無二。我們希望我們的音樂有如颶風一般，震撼聽眾耳朵，建立自我風格，打動每一顆心。是故，命名為"The Hurricane"。
年來，The Hurricane在不同的樂隊比賽中屢獲殊榮。計有2006年全港青少年樂隊比賽中奪得「學生組優異獎」；2008年明愛青少年樂隊比賽中贏得「原創歌曲組冠軍」和「最佳鍵琴手」等獎項。今年年初，The Hurricane更在2009年青少樂隊比賽中獲票選為「我最喜愛樂隊」，得到不同聽眾的肯定和認同。
The Hurricane將於2009年4月份正式開始錄製第一張原創專輯，並預計於2010年年初推出，希望屆時能得到大家的支持。
Every hurricane is unique and so is every song of The Hurricane – they are unmatched. Apart from rocking our audiences, we hope that our songs bear the uniqueness that can touch every heart and soul. We got inspired by the trivia around us and aim to inspire others positively through the language of music.
Ahvia, Angela and Felix first met in the summer of 2005. One year later, The Hurricane was born after the addition of other musicians. We were awarded Merit in the "Hong Kong Teenage Band Competition 2006", as well as Champion in the "Hong Kong Caritas Power Performance Band Competition 2008 (Original Composition Group)". In 2009, the band was voted by the members of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups as "My Favorite Band" in the "All Youngster Band Competition 2009". In the future, we shall endeavour to share our feelings and thoughts with you all by composing more original music.
