Founded in Los Angeles by seasoned music executive Alex Roberts. The focus; to build an innovative independent record label with major industry know-how. HMG's creative, forward thinking approach to artist development has put them right at the forefront of energetic young companies reshaping the modern music business. With the recent relocation to Panama City, Panama & in the early stages of building a state of the art recording studio & private recording school that will be second to none, Panama City. Panama is bar none one of the most beautiful city's in the world & HMG's motto to this project is, who wouldn't want to come to this part of the world to perfect their art! Roberts recently made another wise decision to re-enter the Hip Hop world & also venture into the forever popular Pop/R&B, & Electronic/Techno music that caters to a World Wide market & fan base, however still keeping HMG's finger on the pulse of all formats of music. With HMG getting back into the original Gangsta Rap genere dating back to 1987 we will be collaberating with one of the BEST Rap/Artist & songwriter's to ever grace the world of RAP, from NWA to writing half of the original CHRONIC album for Dr DRE, SNOOP, the list becomes endless, The D.O.C. is back, and heading to Central Americas soon, the history book of infamous comebacks is about to print a whole new chapter! HMG's founder Alex Roberts is also notorious for giving all artists signed to HMG full creative freedom in the writing and recording process of their records of course with the direction of the music industry's most respected producers, mixing and mastering engineers thus giving the artists understanding of what the true meaning of artist/label relations stands for in order to achieve their desired goals, in other words we work together, not against!
