Hurry Sundown is an acoustic trio based in Atlanta, Ga. boasting tight vocal harmonies. As individuals, they have been studying and performing music all of their lives. As a trio, they have been performing for over a year with huge success and great response from their fans.
Ben Cunningham is the trio’s guitarist. His talent is unsurpassed in both vocal and strings. Ben brings soulful harmonies blended with flawless playing to form the strong foundation upon which the trio is built. His ability to add flair and riffs on his guitar is uniquely entertaining. Ben has been extremely active in the performance, as well as the business and recording side of the music industry. He has worked with some of the nation’s top R&B / Pop artists and is currently working on a new release with his record label. Ben is the musician that guys want to emulate, and girls melt over.
Amy Cunningham adds the soothing sultry quality that creates a rich indulgence to the listener’s ears. Her voice truly penetrates the soul. Her harmonies are superb, drawn from pure talent. Amy grew up in a family with great musical diversity. She has been performing leading roles in choral musicals from elementary through high school, earning the highest honors and awards. Amy has the uncanny ability to not only hear, but sing her harmony on the spot. Her forte.. is her perfect pitch. Amy has also served in a worship ensemble at the church she attends with her family. At only 18, that is quite the accomplishment and speaks volumes for her ability to not only perform, but lead.
Madison Sasser wraps up the trio with dynamic soprano harmonies. Madison’s vocal abilities seem effortless and magic. She was a top soloist in her high school chorus days and has been afforded many musical opportunities. She had occasion to audition and perform on stage with the second season winner of American Idol. Madison has studied voice at one of the country’s leading recording studios and is currently enrolled at Belmont University in Nashville, TN where she is majoring in music business. Madison is best known, and sought after, for her ability to sing incredible harmonies on any genre to which she is challenged.
