Yann	Feb 8 2009 5:30 PM Dans le cadre des soirées "disorder!" qui ont lieu une fois le mois dans la grotte du bar "le cabinet" (où l'on peut danser sans se prendre la tête sur du Joy Division, These New Puritans, Undertones, Arcade Fire, Pixies ou Depeche Mode), nous avons invités trois groupes à venir interpréter entre deux à cinq de leur titres favoris du répertoire 80s (mais ça va de 1977 à 1994 en gros...) de manière personnelle, et le plus souvent acoustique. Les groupes qui ont acceptés le jeu des reprises sont : Sand Over Skara, Chapter et K.O.L.O., trois très bons représentants de la scène pop/rock genevoise. On nous a promis du The Cure, du Joy Division, du Tom Waits et du... Madonna ! A ne pas manquer donc !!! pour rester dans la thématique de cette soirée spéciale, nous sommes aussi allé piocher une énorme sélection de reprises, drôles, géniales, ou parfois juste anecdotiques (pas facile de reprendre des titres cultes parfois!) ; on pourra donc entendre le "do you really want to hurt me" de Culture Club par les Violent Femmes (excellentissime!!!), "souvenir" de OMD par Brittle Star (version shoegaze géniale), uu encore un "cities in dust" de Siouxsie en version songwriting par Bruce Lash! Mais on ne va pas tout vous dévoiler non plus... surprise surprise. Et dès minuit, place aux originaux / actuels aussi ! Merci de faire passer la bonne nouvelle (vague) !
