About me:
Hampton Woods Paddling Club (HWPC) is one of the first established dragon boat teams in the Portland area.
We are a year-round paddling team which competes in dragon boat races in the US and Canada, primarily during the summer months.
Our motto is “Fun, Fitness and Friendship through Paddling”. We train hard and compete with our best efforts, while recognizing that we’re all participating for the fun of being a part of a team and enjoying the outdoors. We balance competition with fun.
