Artefacto Producciones al igual que muchas empresas y bandas fue víctima de los fraudes y malos manejos de Ian Moreno, lamentablemente nos hemos enterado por diferentes medios que varias de las bandas estafadas por él, lo asocian con nosotros, eso es totalmente incorrecto, Ian Moreno contrataba los servicios de nuestra empresa, como cualquier otra persona puede contratarnos, rentando nuestras instalaciones para realizar juntas, tiempo de estudio de grabación y algunos otros servicios, nosotros como ustedes creímos en él, pero al final, como a toda la gente que estuvo a su alrededor, nos dejó con adeudo económico y moral.
