(i haven't heard them that much but MOlly put them on a mix for me and i was like, wow, i love these guys), The White Stripes, The Soviettes, Autopilot Off (though i didn't really like them when i saw them in concert), Motion City Soundtrack, The Thrills (who i loved even more in concert), The Pixies, Drive By Truckers (but only when i'm in a certain mood, which i'm not actually in all that often, but still), She Wants Revenge (It's not that it's my fault, it's just my style), The Killers, Coldplay, Rooney, The Epoxies (everything looks beautiful on video), The Who, The Clash, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists (Molly got me into them, Laura got me even more into them!), Hot Hot Heat, Rufus Weinright... that kind of music, plus music from musicals, especially Spammalot, and most versions of La Vie En Rose. and lately i've been very into The Yorkies, (an all-male a cappella group) they're awesome!!!

Movies
I love French movies like Not On The Lips, A Very Long Engagement, Love Me If You Dare (my favourite), Pretty Devils, THe Spanish Apartment, He Loves Me He Loves Me Not (which is creepy as hell), and some other movies like Rocky Horror Picture Show, Life as a House, Love Actually, Brick, Mysterious Skin, Manic, White Oleander, Saved, Mozart and the Whale, Almost Famous, Leon the Professional, Office Space (i have most of the movie memorized and yet somehow the first time i made this list i forgot about it!), Dirty Pretty Things, SWAT and the Recruit (I'm madly in love with Colin Farrell), Spinal Tap, Heathers (Fuck me gently with a chainsaw), Garden State, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Jay and Silent Bob movies (Clerks and Mallrats are by far my favourites, then Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike back, then Chasing Amy), High Fidelity (Dick is the cutest dork in the world! I luff him!), most anything Tim Burton (i'm so in love with his movies) and i love musicals (especially Moulin Rouge and Phantom of the Opera and Not On the Lips) and anything Monty Python (i'm waiting to see Spammalot (and i finally get to see it over spring break! yay!), which isn't a movie i know, so it's kinda irrelevant, but i still love the music from it)! i love so many movies that i'm not going to list them all though, if you want to get a better idea of all the movies i like come over and look at my DVD collection, if i know you that is, if you just randomly came across my profile somehow then coming over to my house would be rather creepy and thoroughly awkward!
Television
i watch far more television than i ever should! i adore Gilmore Girls and have the first six seasons on DVD, so now i watch them even more often than i did before. I also love Buffy (i'm such a Buffy dork, i've seen every episode way too much so i know all the dorky trivia and such), I watch the OC (i started watching it when it first started cause of Adam Brody, who i fell in love with when he was on Gilmore Girls, and continued to watch it because the music was amazing, and then i was just sort of drawn in, it's a guilty pleasure). The only shows i remember watching as a kid that i still like are Seinfeld (we've got season one on DVD), the Simpsons (which we have yet to buy) and Law & ORder (which there's way too much of to actually buy it all). I also watch other crime dramas cause i'm very interested in forensics (i even considered being a crime scene photographer), like Crossing Jordan and CSI. obviously i don't watch all these shows every week, because then i'd run out of time to actually have a life, but i tape Gilmore Girls and the OC and catch everything else when I'm home and it's on!
Books
I like a lot of books! right now my favourite books are A Very Long Engagement (the book's even better than the movie, which is saying a lot, cause the guy is the movie is hot!), Paperback Original, Catcher in the Rye, The Harry Potter books, Snow White, Blood Red, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, The Last Hero, Bless Me Ultima, most Grisham books, Night, A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur's Court (strange, but good), lots of philosophy books (and lots of essays and such by Thoreau and Emerson), and really random stuff like that
Heroes
i don't really have any heroes, maybe Buddha, Buddha's awesome. Einstein's pretty awesome too, i love his quote "Women marry men hoping they will change. Men marry women hoping they will not. So each is inevitably disappointed." so incredibly true. Ghandi's awesome as well. Voltaire too, cause he said "I disagree with what you say, but i will fight to the death for your right to say it". that kicks ass! and of course, we can't forget Walker, who fixed our flat tire on Tuesday, he'll forever be my hero!

I realized how badly this needed to be updated, and I'll probably do a lot more updating later, but for now, here goes:
I don't update this nearly often enough, but I'm currently living in Seattle and working at Gameworks! I graduated from RBHS, and was class of 06. I love music, especially OK Go i'm madly in love with all of them! I fairly recently created a facebook group in their honor, called Mediocre People Do Exceptional Things All The Time check it out if you have facebook (or if you're willing to make one)! Lately i've been very into The Yorkies (an all boys a cappella group) because they're fucking amazing! I love french movies, and singing and photography and thunderstorms, playing dress-up, hanging out with my friends at Gumbys and Steak & Shake (though since I'm 2000 miles away both from most those friends and from those places, those don't happen all that much), and all of us getting together and playing karaoke and DDR. I love hanging out with friends, doing random and pointless but mildly entertaining crap. I love going to the Blue Note with Ali, and just seeing good live music at pretty much any venue (or in the middle of the street in the case of one of the Wilco shows, which was fuckin' awesome!!!). I like Gummy lifesavers, and generally like Gummies of any sort (but not sour ones), I love hanging out in my pajamas and i don't like the way spice cabinets smell, or people who cheat on the people they claim to care about or the people who used to tell me matter-of-factly that I was short, I mean does anyone honestly believe i that it's news to me? and honestly, 5'5" isn't that short (though according to the chart at Steak & Shake and Austin's measuring i'm only 5'4" which still isn't that short)! at all! anyway though, to continue my random about me section before i rant about the fact that i'm not really short at all and in actuality everyone else is just really tall. I love parenthesis, (you can do so much with them, and i use them far too much not to add the fact that i love them!) I love to sing especially things from Musicals, like Phantom of the Opera (Love me, that's all i ask of you), Mikado, Pirates of Penzance, My Fair Lady, Follies (all things beautiful must die), and lots and lots of other fabulous musicals, i tend to ramble a lot, like, a lot a lot, it's actually kinda bad, but you love me for it, right? okay, so back to me, because we all know i'm all that matters (in case you don't know me, i'm kidding, i'm not actually that arrogant, i promise, i mean, i'm somewhat arrogant sometimes, but never that arrogant). So anyway, I care a lot about the environment, and my senior year of high school I was co-president (with Ali) of the Student Environmental Coalition, I was also involved in lots of other clubs like Gay Straight Alliance (despite popular belief both Ali and I fall into the straight part of that), Writer's Club, Folio, Astronomy Club, Junior Classical League (I'm a Latin dork, not a very good Latin dork, but a Latin dork nonetheless), and of course Rock Bridge Association for Liberal Thinking (we should have a meeting sometime soon) and Young Democrats. If you couldn't guess from that little list, i'm very liberal, and not too fond of many of the decisions our government's made recently (patriot act, making Gay Marriage illegal in most places, "No Child Left Behind" <-- ask me about that one and i tend to rant, actually, i tend to rant about all of those things, anyway, i hate all the stuff like that), despite my dislike of our current government, i'm a very happy person and I love lots of other stuff i can't think of at the moment (like watching sexy men play table tennis)! anything you're curious about ask (though if it's a really naughty question i may or may not answer) and since a picture's worth a thousand words (which has nothing whatsoever to do with the naughty question thing), you should either find me on facebook (where I have manymanymany photographs) or check out my deviantart where I have some of my photography:
