Great show at the Cell Block My sons and i are looking forward to the next time your there. The shows in Lock Haven are great but there is just something about hearing you in a bar, It makes me feel about 20 years younger.

Just read what you wrote Bob. I agree 100% with you guys to do the originals. Way back when...(village nightclub days) I loved hearing your original music and wished there would have been more put into the shows. Too many people have their mindset at coversongs...Like you said you will will just be another great cover band if you continue w/o doing the originals. My friends local band just got a record deal and are now going on tour and have their music played across the US. That is all original music. I say GO FOR IT!! and play the original music. Good luck to guys and I am hoping to catch a show of yours soon!!
All I can say is good for you Bob... I have enjoyed Hybrid Ice original music since the first album and songs like Magdelene, On We Go, Castle Walls to name just a few ARE CLASSIC songs... timeless music that is just as good now as when they were recorded... Bravo and Kudos to Hybrid Ice for being able to step out of the norms of cover bands and doing their thing... rock on guys!!!
I am 110 percent completely agreeing with Bob on his comment. I wholeheartedly do not believe Lock Haven was disappointed. The true fans...the ones, as myself that had the original albums (yes albums) and subsequently CD's were not disappointed. I sang every song and was very happy. Hybrid Ice is looking for a break, and according to Bob, that does not come with "cover bands"....so if you are a die hard fan, get behind them. Nothing wrong with negative criticism....but the show was the best...... If you want cover band songs, there are plenty of great bands out there that sing them, and CD's to hear them. When you come out to support a band, do that...especially coming off of a release of Mind's Eye. Appreciate the feedback, now get behind our local guys and be there for them....as we all should be for each other. Enuf said...and with that being said...dear Bob...see you August 1st and will be happy to hear Castle Walls...
